Elverage Allen runs national advertising sales efforts for Bounce TV, the fastest-growing African-American network on television.

A nearly 20-year industry veteran, Allen has developed and directed innovative, impactful and revenue-generating strategies for diverse audiences throughout his career and is now center stage in helping advertising partners capitalize on Bounce TV’s growth and soaring popularity with consumers. He previously spent six years in ascending advertising sales positions at TV One, where he ultimately directed national marketing strategies and upfront and client presentations and he also spent seven years at BET in advancing positions.

Bounce TV airs on the broadcast signals of local television stations and corresponding cable carriage. The network features a programming mix of original and off-network series, theatrical motion pictures, specials, live sports and more. Bounce TV has grown to be available in more than 94 million homes across the United States and 93% of all African American television homes, including all of the top AA television markets. Among the founders of Bounce TV are iconic American figures Martin Luther King, III and Ambassador Andrew Young.

Allen also oversees ad sales efforts for Katz Broadcasting, which owns and operates the two fast-growing emerging broadcast television networks Grit and Escape. Grit, which targets men 25-54 with a heavy focus on western and action theatrical motion pictures and series, is currently seen in 108 million households and 93% of the country. Escape is in 99 million homes/85% of the U.S. and reaches women 25-54 with a brand of programming anchored in stories of crime and mystery.
